Meet Dolores DeMers 

I came to Las Cruces in July, 1993. Like many, my husband & I came to this beautiful community for a job related move. We had no idea we would come to love it so quickly. Within three weeks I was hooked and knew I would not want to leave. 

Ten years later I decided to become a real estate agent. I got my license in March, 2003. I felt that getting the license wasn't enough. I have continuously updated and expanded my credentials.  

First I became a certified ePRO, which means I have been trained for marketing using internet technology.  

Then I got my GRI, or Graduate of REALTORS Institute, this involves numerous courses analyzing all aspects of a real estate transaction.  

Next I got my CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, an elite designation reserved for less than 4% of the agents nationwide. It is like an advanced degree in residential real estate.  

I have earned several more certifications and designations--the one I'm most proud of is the GREEN. The city of Las Cruces is working on developing ordinances and codes to make it easier for developers and builders to build neighborhoods and homes that are Green certified. I am certified to recognize and market those properties to their best advantage. 

I love this path I've taken in real estate. I really enjoy the process of helping Sellers get their properties sold. I also enjoy helping Buyers find the right home for their lifestyle and financial ability. The great thing about real estate is when a transaction is put together for everyone's benefit, it works. 

I am grateful each time Sellers or Buyers put their trust in me to help them with a real estate matter. I am very blessed and proud to be able to serve each one of them. I would be honored to serve you.
